Strategic Planning

Does your organization have too many priorities?  If so, then you really have no priorities at all.  Trying to accomplish too many goals dilutes an organization’s effectiveness.  Many organizations spend time and money on “strategic planning”, only to let great ideas lie on a shelf collecting dust until next year’s planning session. Many organizations are overwhelmed by the number of priorities or they simply didn’t know where or how to begin.

Landrum Consulting has the answer! With Landrum's Strategic Planning process we show you how to use our 30-3-1-Q process. Our proven system helps you articulate visions, identify goals and establish measurable outcomes.  Goals and vision mean nothing without results.  Our system embeds a culture of accountability so your goals can be realized.  We help your organization drill down to what is really important.  Then we help you document your focused plan on a One-Page communication tool to keep your priorities in the forefront.

 Landrum Strategic Planning Success Story:

From the Chairman, Board of Directors for a Nonprofit Agency

A "strategic plan" has been on my short list of priorities since I took over as chairman - this took it much farther down the road to implementation that I had imagined. I can see that many of the department heads (committee chairs) really understand now how to get their heads around what they do. They come from so many different backgrounds, but now have a common language that will definitely improve communication as we go along.  I have also heard from several of our key volunteers and they too were elated to have had this. There was a sense of optimism about hearing the collective "caring" for the mission - even though there are challenges all around.
