LANDRUM AWARDED: Pensacola-based Landrum Professional Employer Services Inc. is one of six statewide organizations to be awarded the Governor's Sterling Award at a ceremony June 1 in Orlando.
For 15 years, the Governor's Sterling Award has recognized organizations and businesses in Florida that have successfully achieved performance superiority within their management and operations. Each winner was given an in-depth assessment and evaluation that included an on-site review of the organization's management systems and organizational performance results.
Landrum, which employs 78, was founded in 1973 to provide human resource services such as management, staffing, benefits management, co-employment and professional employer organization services. The company provides benefits and human resources services to more than 550 customers and 10,500 active employees in 18 states.
